Welcome to Paint 'n' Sing!

If you've ever been told you "can't sing" or "can't paint"- this workshop is for you. Maybe the person telling you this is you!

To start the afternoon Fiona will lead us in an introductory Singing Circle. We'll get familiar with using our breath & voice, then move onto learning some simple songs & harmonies. (taught by ear - no sheet music). No stress, no solos, no pressure - just enjoy the Feel Good mood boost that comes from letting our voices flow freely.

After a short break, we'll then move onto painting - where Julie will guide you through re-creating your own version of an abstract painting on canvas inspired by music. We invite you to leave perfectionism at the door and enjoy the process. There's no "right" or "wrong" in creative expression - just bucketloads of satisfaction in creating something uniquely your own.

There'll be time for refreshments (tea, coffee & nibbles & glassware provided).

BYO drinks are most welcome.

You'll come away with a painted canvas, a recharged confidence, and a big smile.
